Founded in 1996, the consultancy specialises in developing leadership and staff competence in educational institutions. It also serves other organisations and workplaces. Founder Mikko Salonen has worked in competence development since 1983 and has also been a headteacher.
Training and development projects are designed with the client around their needs and resources. Professional supervision is also offered. An expert network supports work in Finland and abroad, and client relationships are confidential.
