Led by Antti Hellström, the consultancy plans and supports change and development projects for private and public organisations. Leadership training serves management and supervisor groups, extending to other employees during change. Hellström has 17 years of consulting and coaching experience and a background as a supervisor and HR director.
Individual coaching for managers, supervisors and specialists typically involves three to five sessions of 60–90 minutes. Change and leadership measurement includes workplace climate, customer and leadership surveys, with Feelback Oy as the measurement partner.
