The practice offers individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy for adults with a psychodynamic orientation. Short-term therapies for adults and work with couples are also available, and individual sessions suit self-understanding and personal development without a specific problem. The therapist is a psychoanalytic adult individual psychotherapist approved by Valvira and authorised by Kela, trained at the Therapeia Foundation training centre in Helsinki. She also has NLP Master Practitioner training and a background as a social worker.
Therapy can last from a few sessions to several years, agreed together with the client. Psychoanalytic sessions are usually held twice a week, 45 minutes each, in person or remotely. Kela funding may be available for adult individual psychotherapy for clients aged 18 to 67. Booking in advance is recommended, and there is a toilet on the premises.
