The psychotherapist offers individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and supervision for social, health and education professionals, one-to-one or in small groups. Topics include depression, anxiety, exhaustion, fears, relationship issues, parenting support and recurring life patterns. New clients are accepted for longer Kela rehabilitative psychotherapy and for short-term therapy.
Therapy usually starts after two or three introductory and assessment sessions, followed by a written agreement. The offices are in Suomenoja, in the Tallberg office building next to the XXL department store, with good public transport and car access from neighbouring areas, Helsinki and Kirkkonummi. Contact is by email or the website form, or by phone on weekday evenings. Booking ahead is recommended, and there is a toilet on the premises.
