All pizzas are made on a sourdough base, and the tomato sauce is prepared on site from San Marzano DOP tomatoes. The cheese is an in-house blend of mozzarella and gouda. The restaurant belongs to the Classic Pizza chain, which has outlets across Finland. The menu also includes a Lonclas Blanc de Blancs champagne made from Chardonnay grapes. The Lonclas house was founded in the 1970s in the Côte des Bar area of Champagne and is run by one family.
The restaurant is on the second floor of the Ainoa shopping centre. Tables can be booked in advance, and pizzas can also be delivered home. Dogs are welcome if kept close and on a leash. Gluten-free products are prepared in the same space and oven as products containing gluten, so cross-contamination is possible. The entrance, seating, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
