Lunch is made on a charcoal grill and in a stone oven in the same kitchen, cooked to order rather than served from a buffet line or hot cabinet. A weekday lunch includes a main course from the grill or oven, a side dish, sauce, a self-service salad buffet, fresh bread and coffee or tea. Mains include steaks, burgers, salads and vegetarian options, and the meat comes from EU countries. Beef cheek and pork neck are slow-cooked in the stone oven overnight for 16 hours. The menu marks gluten-free (G), lactose-free (L) and vegetarian (V) dishes.
Tables can be booked online. A booking is not needed for lunch but is advised for larger groups. Parking is free, and there is a terrace outside. The venue can be booked for private groups of 10 to 50 people, such as company Christmas parties. There are accessible seats and an accessible car park.
