The menu leans towards seafood and combines Nordic classics with international dishes. Signature dishes include meatballs with brown sauce and vitello tonnato. It opened in spring 2024 in the historic warehouse building of the Sea Scouts, and is the sister restaurant of Strindberg on Pohjoisesplanadi in Helsinki, opened in 1992. The interior was designed by Lilli Laine, and the maritime architecture offers harbour views.
Several rooms suit intimate dinners as well as larger parties. A children's menu is available, and gluten-free (marked G) and vegan options appear on several dishes. It is open year-round, with à la carte service on weekdays and all day at weekends. Tables can be booked, parking is right next to the restaurant, and it can be reached by boat. The car park, entrance, toilet and seating are wheelchair accessible.
