Founded in 1985, this non-profit association builds and manages ice sports training halls. Its halls have nine rinks in total, including those at Ilmatar Areena, completed in 2021. Activities also include ringette and skating schools.
It coordinates ice time for member clubs in its own halls and municipal ice halls. Ice training and supplementary training spaces are available for hire. The car park is wheelchair accessible.
