Founded in 1996, the non-profit association provides senior housing and wellbeing services. Merikartano and Puistokartano offer accessible rental apartments from studios to two-bedroom homes, with community coordinators organising resident activities. Puistokartano also houses Puistohelmi, a group home for people with memory disorders that offers short stays.
Staff are on site around the clock. Residents have restaurant, cleaning and laundry services, with independent physiotherapy, foot care and hairdressing providers in the premises. Merikartano has two winter gardens and a courtyard garden. The service point entrance and parking are accessible.
