The café stands beside the historic Aulanko observation tower in a national landscape area. It is operated by Tuulin Tornikahvila Oy and is also associated with the Joutsenlampi kiosk in the park.
Food ordered through the online shop must be collected from the café; it is not delivered. Pre-orders can be collected at the earliest two days after ordering.
