This Japanese-inspired café specialises in bubble tea, matcha, specialty coffee, Japanese sandos and bubble waffles, which are made on site. The business began in late 2021 as a bubble tea concept, first run from a small remote kitchen. Japanese culture became a stronger part of the concept in 2023. It now has two cafés and a team of about ten people.
The service draws on the Japanese idea of omotenashi, anticipating guests' needs. The café is on the first floor of the shopping centre. The car park, entrance and seating are wheelchair accessible, but the toilet is not.
