Active since 1995, this martial arts club practises a Japanese self-defence discipline combining strikes and kicks with locks, throws and releases. Mental training and community are part of the approach, without a competition focus. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Training takes place twice a week on roughly 90 square metres of tatami at Kantola budo hall. Beginner courses run twice a year, and sessions can be tried during the season. Smartum, Edenred and Epassi are accepted. The club belongs to the sport's national federation.
