The state justice administration agency acts as an ICT service centre, digital developer, register keeper and enforcer of financial penalties. It maintains the public bankruptcy and corporate reorganisation register, covering individual and company debtors.
Anyone can order official extracts and certificates. Online services require strong authentication; applications can also be submitted on paper, through Suomi.fi messages, by email or post. Extracts are available in Finnish and Swedish, with no-entry certificates also in English. Customer service is available by phone. The entrance and parking area are accessible.
