The work coaching foundation offers subsidised employment, work trials, rehabilitative work activities and coaching for unemployed people. Supported employment and work activities are available for people with reduced work capacity. The foundation holds Finland's Social Enterprise mark.
Consumer services include costume hire, textile recycling, tailoring and ICT repair orders. A recycling shop operates at the Lammi activity centre. Businesses can commission subcontracting work and dismantling of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
