The development on the shore of Lake Aulangonjärvi offers holiday cottages to buy or rent. Construction began in 2018, with the first cottages completed in May 2019. They can be used year-round for leisure or remote work.
There is a shared lakeside sauna. Foundations are prepared for further cottages, and buyers can influence their design and features. Open viewings take place occasionally, and private viewings can be arranged. The Aulanko tourism centre is nearby.
