Juha 'Popsi' Tiili and friends founded the motorcycle club in 1993. It organises the Mopokisat moped races, started in 2002, as well as Hakapirtti Meeting and Poker Run events. In 2004 it helped establish Bikers for Veterans, which raises funds for Finnish Second World War veterans.
The club occupies a former industrial building bought in 2015. It is also linked to the vehicle parts marketplace porssi.net, which it describes as a hobby rather than a business.
