The local youth association organises clubs, courses and events for children and young people, along with working-life training. It arranges summer jobs with local businesses, associations and households. Ninth-grade pupils can take part in two-week work placements under the Finnish introductory work scheme.
Businesses, associations and households can commission work from young people throughout the year. Youth-led projects can apply for Itse tehty funding, and international exchanges are available through the organisation. The office is in the municipal office building.
