This Helsinki noodle bar specialises in Chinese cold noodles, served for example with braised tofu and vegetables, chilli, shredded chicken or braised beef. The menu also has Taiwanese braised beef noodles and side dishes such as spicy peanuts, shredded seaweed, sweet and sour radish and Chaozhou-style pickled cabbage, with beef chilli, vegan chilli and spring onion sauces.
