This Japanese teppanyaki grill restaurant belongs to a chain of the same name, established in 2022. The buffet holds over 80 to 100 dishes: sushi, salads, hot dishes, desserts, coffee and tea. There are also around 20 fresh ingredients such as meat, seafood, noodles and fresh vegetables.
The chef cooks each meal on the spot in classic teppanyaki style. The restaurant is on the first floor of the Redi shopping centre, in the Food Port, and tables can be booked in advance. The chain also has restaurants in Tampere and Vantaa, among other cities.
