Set under a glass roof in the courtyard of Hotel St. George in Helsinki, this bar and restaurant is styled after the conservatories of 18th- and 19th-century aristocratic homes. The cocktail list was created by Tuomas Hämäläinen, who has won a national cocktail bartending award three times in a row, alongside wines and casual dinner dishes.
Before opening, the space is a lounge and remote-work area for hotel guests and can be hired for private events. Table bookings are taken by email only for groups of more than six. On Friday and Saturday evenings in autumn and winter, a DJ plays modern jazz and lounge music. The entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and dogs are allowed.
