Founded in 2003 at the Taiteiden Talo arts building, this Helsinki physiotherapy centre focuses on the strain that dance and exercise put on the musculoskeletal system. Services include rehabilitation, manual therapy, movement analysis with video and biofeedback equipment and focused shockwave therapy, with chiropractic and nerve-pathway massage offered separately. Twenty-two health professionals work in ten treatment rooms, and the Fysiosali training room has Pilates and gym equipment.
Book directly with your practitioner; calls may go unanswered during treatments, so email or text is more reliable. The toilet is wheelchair accessible, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
