Physiotherapist and massage therapist Leena Lehtonen has worked in Helsinki since 2021 and is also trained in Suho jaw muscle massage. She offers physiotherapy and classic, sports and pregnancy massage, and treats symptoms of jaw muscle disorders. Physiotherapy covers assessment, exercise, soft-tissue work, mobilisation and taping, with short home exercise plans.
Book online and allow an hour for a first visit; no referral is needed. Clients with limited mobility can have home visits nearby. She does not answer the phone while treating, so text or email instead. Epassi and Edenred are accepted as well as cards.
