This centre in the Meilahti hospital area of Helsinki houses the HUS teaching and care unit for oral diseases, where University of Helsinki dental students treat patients under the guidance of specialists. Care is given in all dental specialities.
Patients are referred by primary health care in Espoo, Helsinki and Vantaa. Visits take longer than usual, typically 1 to 4 hours. Appointments and pre-visit forms are handled in the Maisa patient portal, and you can cancel by phone or in Maisa. The unit is on the second floor opposite the Women's Clinic, with self-service check-in on the first floor. The entrance is step-free.
