Treatments at this Helsinki massage practice are given by Antti Arffman, a physiotherapist, trained massage therapist and craniosacral therapist with 20 years of experience. Alongside classic and sports massage he offers fascia treatment, craniosacral therapy and jaw muscle, head and neck massage, in which the jaw muscles are also treated from inside the mouth wearing surgical gloves. For the peat heat treatment, a peat pack of about 5 kg, heated to around 60 °C, is placed on the back at the start.
Classic massage, sports massage and the peat treatment last 60 or 90 minutes, and the other treatments take an hour. Appointments can be booked online, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
