This 16-storey building in Helsinki holds 238 studio apartments of 19 to 49 m². The largest are two-level mezzanine studios for up to four guests, while the others sleep up to two. Every studio has a fully equipped kitchen, and residents share a gym, sauna, lounge, laundry and bicycles.
Short stays run up to 27 nights and fixed stays from 28 nights, and flexible short-stay bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. The lobby bistro serves a weekday lunch buffet, but breakfast is not offered. Pets are welcome and there is no parking. Commuter trains from the nearby station run to the city centre and the airport.
