A serviced-apartment hotel in Helsinki near a metro station, with 197 studios over 12 floors and more than 750 square metres of shared space. Studios range from a 15–16 m² mini studio for one person to a 40 m² studio for up to three, with two bedrooms and a balcony. All have a fully equipped kitchen and their own washing machine. The second-floor shared area has a gym, saunas, hot tubs, workspaces, lounges, a meeting room and a shared kitchen.
Stays are short (up to 27 nights) or long (28 nights or more). Check-in and check-out use self-service points in the lobby, and viewings must be booked in advance. Wi-Fi is free, breakfast is available for a fee, and pets are welcome.
