The workshop upholsters and restores traditional, modern and public-space furniture. Domestic work includes chairs, armchairs, sofas, corner sofas and divans. Public commissions cover offices, parishes, restaurants, ships, schools, hotels and theatres. Leather upholstery uses fully dyed top leather from European suppliers.
Customers receive help selecting materials from importer and manufacturer collections. Upholstery fabrics are allergy-tested, with technical data available on request, and can be fire-treated to meet public-building requirements. Gilded objects are restored with Kultaus- ja Kehysliike Virtanen. New furniture has also been made from old drawings or customer photographs.
