Founded in 2004, this cultural centre occupies two former tram halls in Töölö. The spaces include Vaunusali, the largest, as well as Vintti, Kulmasali, a cinema and the Baari & Keittiö restaurant. Hundreds of Finnish and international performers appear every year, with concerts and club nights on the programme.
Baari & Keittiö serves bistro-style food and drinks, with a weekday lunch. The inner courtyard summer terrace has around 400 seats, with pizza and grill food. The spaces can be rented for corporate events, seminars, private parties and meetings. The building is largely step-free: accessible toilets are on both sides and a lift serves Vintti, but the main stage in some rooms is not fully accessible.
