This summer cottage belongs to the police department and is owned by a registered association founded in 1950. It stands in a park area on the Baltic shore at Länsiulapanniemi in Lauttasaari. The main building, completed in 1958, has a large and a small banquet and meeting hall that can be opened into one space, suitable for 1 to 180 people. The small hall is 78 m² and the large one 240 m², both with built-in AV equipment and fast wifi. The large hall also has an 86-inch display.
The venues can be rented for weddings, family parties, company events, meetings and training. Guests may bring their own food, caterer and alcohol, as the association provides no catering or kitchen staff. The main building has a kitchen with a commercial dishwasher. The sauna building has two wood-heated saunas, for about 15 and about 10 people, plus a pier for swimming from spring to early autumn. The car park is wheelchair accessible. Reservations are made by phone during weekday office hours.
