The Mieppi mental health point takes visitors without a referral. The building also houses psychiatric and substance use outpatient clinics, social counselling and social work, specialist services for immigrants, a HUS laboratory and a Palmia restaurant.
A self-service measurement point checks blood pressure, pulse and weight in about five minutes, with no appointment needed. The entrance is covered and level with automatic doors, a patient transport stop is within five metres, and a portable induction loop is available.
