This seaside café in Helsinki has a large terrace with sea views that change with the seasons, and in winter you can watch skaters and ice surfers on the frozen sea. Several museums are within walking distance, including Gallen-Kallela's Tarvaspää, the Didrichsen Art Museum, Urho Kekkonen's Tamminiemi and the Seurasaari Open-Air Museum.
There is coffee, a soup lunch, a salad bar open into the evening, savoury and sweet pastries, ice cream, beer, wine and cider. Ingredients are Finnish and organic where possible, and lactose-free, vegan and gluten-free options are always available. Dogs are welcome inside. You order at the counter, access is step-free and parking is free.
