This City of Helsinki recreation area combines a manor park of national cultural significance with two nature reserves. There has been a farm here since the mid-1600s; the manor house was completed in 1804, the poet J. L. Runeberg stayed here in 1835, and the city bought the estate in 1938. The Onnentemppeli pavilion on the hill has been rebuilt in its old style, and a grove holds protected historic mine shafts.
Restaurant Pisara is on the manor grounds, and there are a grill site, picnic spots and toilets. The manor sauna and accommodation are booked on the manor's website. HSL public transport serves the area, and cars can park along the road. Manor park paths are not fully accessible.
