Most treatments are by appointment, booked online, by phone or by email, and same-day slots are sometimes available. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. A treatment takes roughly 45 minutes to two hours, and nail work has a four-day guarantee. Coffee or tea is offered, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
