For sellers it arranges the valuation visit, home staging, photography, painting and surface renovation with MPH Kotimaalaus, cleaning, and the valuation and sales documents. Buyers can give it a purchase assignment, in which an agent looks for a home before properties reach the market. Legal expenses insurance is included in every assignment, and the valuation visit is non-binding.
