This Helsinki antiquarian bookshop has dealt in rare books, maps and prints since 1977. Its specialities include old maps of Scandinavia and Finland from the 15th to the 19th century, Baltic Sea charts, books on the Finnish War of 1808–1809 and old views of Finland. Prints include works by Helene Schjerfbeck, Hugo Simberg, Picasso, Joan Miró and Georges Braque, as well as 19th-century orchid prints by John Nugent Fitch.
The shop also buys books, maps and prints and will make home visits, including outside the Helsinki area. The online shop ships worldwide, and a separate office is open by appointment only. The entrance is not step-free; cards and mobile payments are accepted.
