The software calculates building repair backlogs at prevailing cost levels, producing a statutory maintenance needs assessment and a long-term plan with estimates for up to 100 years. Estimates use technical service lives from the Building Information Foundation and manufacturer and importer data. They include demolition, labour, materials, contractor margins, construction management, regional cost levels and VAT.
Users include owners, housing company boards, agents, insurers and lenders. Data is supplied in HTJ2 format, with an API connecting other property management systems.
