Its work spans vision and concept, architecture, technology choices and procurement of an implementation partner. It does not sell software licences or implementation projects.
Services include preliminary studies, service design, requirements specification and public procurement consulting. During implementation it oversees delivery and quality and plans ongoing development. Crisis support, technical audits and help selecting a new partner are also available.
