The negotiating organisation represents highly educated experts and managers in public-sector and church collective bargaining. It acts for 36 Akava-affiliated unions, representing around 200,000 people across municipalities, wellbeing services counties, the state, universities and the Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Training and a course calendar are offered for workplace representatives. The Jukola system serves members and elected representatives, while the website publishes bargaining and employment news. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
