Founded in 1995, the privately owned development consultancy handles project development, cost planning and construction supervision for new-build and renovation schemes. Independent of contractors and designers, it specialises in large renovations and conversions. References include housing, offices, schools, hotels, shops and sports halls.
Clients include housing associations, owners, tenants, investors and founding shareholders. The entrance, parking area, toilet and seating are not wheelchair accessible. There is no hearing loop.
