This joint project of the Estonian community brings Finland–Estonia organisations under one roof, including the Tuglas Society and Estonian Institute. It hosts exhibitions, music events, Finnish-Estonian choirs and music groups. Founded in 1982, the Tuglas Society also runs language courses, cultural trips and lectures, and publishes Elo magazine.
Located in Kattilahalli, the centre provides space for meetings, seminars and training. The website is also available in Estonian. Parking is wheelchair accessible, but the entrance is not.
