This gym belongs to the EasyFit chain and is on the third floor of the Kaari shopping centre. The equipment is from Technogym: cardio machines, plate-loaded and lever machines and free weights, plus a stretching area. Group classes are offered, with a virtual studio of on-demand classes. Premium membership adds AI-guided Biocircuit circuit training, and X-Tone magnetic muscle stimulation is available for users over 18.
Membership includes a sauna, separate for men and women. Lockers work with a key card, so no padlock is needed, and parking in the Kaari car park is free for three hours. Membership tiers are Basic, Plus, Premium, Online and single visit, and personal training and nutrition programmes are offered, some remotely. The car park, entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
