This Helsinki gym is in the Kaarelan Arena Center and belongs to a chain of around 40 fitness centres. Four trainers work here, with Olga Nemlander as centre lead, and personal coaching is available through the chain.
You can try the gym for free before joining, with no sales pitch. Membership can be bought online at any time; you collect your card from the card machine on site and can start training straight away. Single-visit tickets and gift cards are also available, and members have their own app. Drivers register for parking with their number plate. A workout usually takes one to one and a half hours, and there is an accessible toilet.
