This sports centre is on a University of Helsinki campus. The gym of about 400 m² has free weights, machines and a cross-training area. The group exercise room holds 45 people, and the upstairs ball hall splits into three sections for sports such as volleyball, badminton, basketball and floorball. There is also a sauna, massage, personal training and InBody measurements.
For part of the day the centre runs without staff, and entry is then with an access card or the PIN code printed on your receipt. The group room and ball hall can be rented, with slots booked online. The entrance level is step-free, with a lift up to the ball hall, and there are a few parking spaces behind the building.
