West Terminal 2 at Helsinki's West Harbour is, according to the Port of Helsinki, Finland's busiest passenger terminal for ferry traffic. Tallink Silja's Megastar and MyStar sail from here to Tallinn, and Eckerö Line's Finlandia also uses it. A café and restaurant bar on the second floor serve departing passengers, and a café-kiosk on the entrance level is open to all.
Check-in is done in the operator's app, at a self-service kiosk on the day of departure or at a staffed desk. The gates on the lower floor open about 2 to 2.5 hours before departure, with Tallink ships boarding on the left side and Eckerö ships on the right. Boarding is step-free, and parking can be pre-booked online.
