Founded in 2022, this in-store bakery makes bread and buns from flour daily, with confectionery produced weekly. All breads are vegan. Dairy-free, lactose-free and egg-free products are also available. Production focuses on seasonal ingredients and local sourcing, avoiding preservatives and additives.
The bakery is inside K-Citymarket Columbus. Cakes and other celebration bakes can be ordered, with custom designs developed with the customer. Cake orders must be placed two weeks before collection. Cakes are lactose-free, and sandwich cakes contain no pork.
