Founded in 2011, the bakery makes bread by hand using a sourdough starter maintained since that year. The two-day process ends in a steam stone-hearth oven, with some flour sourced from Malmgård farm. The range also includes decorated cakes, pastries, Finnish sweet buns and croissants.
This site is a bakery and online order collection point, with no sales counter. Cakes, pastries and party catering can be ordered online. Orders and cancellations require two working days, or three for savoury sandwich cakes.
