A pet shop of about 1,500 square metres on level -2 of the Itis shopping centre in Helsinki, part of a Finnish chain operating since 2004. It stocks food and supplies for cats, dogs, rodents, rabbits, reptiles, birds, fish and farm animals, and staff can order items that are not in stock. A pet hotel takes rabbits, rodents, birds and reptiles all year round.
Children's pet birthday parties are booked by email, and the store also hosts species and breed presentations. Hotel stays can be booked online, and rabbits need a yearly vaccination. The entrance and car park are step-free, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
