This privately owned optician on the third floor of the Forum shopping centre in Helsinki carries out eye examinations, contact lens fittings and check-ups, and prescriptions for specialist work glasses. Lenses are ground in the shop's own workshop, so glasses can sometimes be ready the same day. Seven opticians work here.
Frames for women, men, young people and children are chosen at international trade fairs, and each year the range adds models from small European makers. Eye tests are often available without an appointment, and you can also book online. Frames are repaired and serviced in the shop, the entrance is step-free, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
