This City of Helsinki day care centre for about 150 children is in a seaside residential area, and nearby nature and a sports park within walking distance serve as learning environments. Each child is met as an individual and supported through their strengths, adults are sensitively present, and cooperation with parents is based on trust. There are ten groups: Peipot for ages 1–2, six groups for ages 3–5, the mixed-age Perhoset, and the pre-school groups Ketut and Peurat.
Care is provided in Finnish. The city's website explains how to apply, fees, everyday practices and holiday care. The entrance is step-free, and there is accessible parking nearby.
