Yasin Bal moved to Finland in 1999 and opened this Helsinki barbershop in 2004. A building draughtsman by training, he comes from a family that has worked as barbers for several generations, and he started his own business after tiring of the assembly-line pace of city-centre salons. His principle is that every customer should be given time. Services include traditional haircuts, hair colouring and a traditional shave with a sharp blade, and cuts follow current trends.
Appointments can be booked online, and booking ahead is recommended. Drinks are offered, it is suitable for children, and cards are accepted. Accessible parking is available.
